Collaborative Fund

Collaborative Fund is a venture capital firm that backs companies and ideas shaping a human-centered economy with care for the collective future. With early investments like Kickstarter, Lyft, and Reddit, they approach investing with optimism and prioritize values over hype.

Oak was brought on to help bring that perspective to life across their brand and digital presence. We created the firm’s initial visual identity and website. Our goal was clarity with playfulness, an approach uncommon in venture capital but central to how Collab shows up in the world.

Throughout the years of our continued collaboration, we’ve been on the design and development of the site’s ongoing maintenance and, most recently, on a brand refresh for the website by their in-house designer.

We’ve also helped extend Collaborative Fund’s identity beyond the firm itself, designing and developing Shared Future, which functions as a digital counterpart to the physical publication and rapid seed funding for early-stage entrepreneurs committed to solving the global climate crisis.
